Our Social Responsibility statement informs how we create and maintain value for our customers, team members, our community and environment.

  • Our Commitment to Customers

We commit to helping our customers realise the dreams for the future. This means delivering competitively priced financial products and services to our customers in a dedicated, professional manner.

  • Our Commitment to our Team Members

We commit to providing a supportive, safe and respectful work environment where learning and development opportunities are embraced.

Our employment conditions and benefits are designed to attract good people, build our experience and knowledge base and provide opportunities for our team to develop their skills. We commit to maintaining high standards in the areas of equal employment opportunities, diversity, employee satisfaction, recruitment and retention, training, work health and safety, health and wellbeing strategies and remuneration.

  • Our Commitment to our Community

Since our beginnings in 1966 we have been committed to positively contributing to our local communities.

Our contribution includes engaging in community activities, acting ethically when dealing with our community and providing monetary and in-kind support. Over the past 12 months we have provided over $65k in funding through our Community Grant and Community Partnership programs.

  • Our Commitment to the Environment

We commit to minimising the impact of our operations on the environment. We focus heavily on water and energy consumption, waste, the use of raw materials and choice of company vehicles. We also support local environmental initiatives.

  • Our Commitment to Corporate Governance

We commit to maintaining a transparent and accountable approach to corporate governance across all areas of our organisation. This is supported through robust governance frameworks in the areas of Risk, Compliance and Finance. We are dedicated to conducting business in strict compliance with applicable laws and with the highest standards of personal and corporate integrity. These standards are defined in the Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice.

In an era where data security is at the forefront of people’s minds we proactively ensure we manage people’s data appropriately including conducting regular, rigorous security and penetration testing.
